Our systems feature a centrifugal fan for centralized air delivery, complemented by wind pressure and gas pressure protection switches that ensure stable operation within preset parameters. For maximum safety, the automatic cut-off valve instantly halts gas supply in case of pressure anomalies or leaks, while the fire tube is protected for consistent ignition. High-density filters prevent impurities from entering the combustion system, and the combination of pressure stabilizing and zero pressure valves guarantees stable gas flow, complete combustion, and enhanced energy efficiency—delivering reliable, eco-friendly performance for artisan bakeries and high-output industrial bakeries alike.
